We offer Eight options for our parties and with fun as a key ingredient you can pick from one of the following: kayaking, climbing and abseiling, raft building, archery and orienteering, high ropes and zip wire or high ropes and cows tail, 3G swing and orienteering, caving and low ropes .

The session lasts for two and a half hours and teaches the basic skills of the activity together with lots of fun and games. All of our Instructors are fully qualified and deliver high standards of tuition and safety.

Birthday parties are available on any day between March and November (10.15am - 12.45pm or 2.00pm - 4.30pm) and on evenings between May and August (weekdays ONLY 6.00pm - 8.30pm).

A BBQ area may be reserved at the time of booking, or you can arrange alternative catering.

The packages on offer are:

Kayaking (8 years + and be able to swim 10 metres) 

KayakingThe Kayaking session offers unlimited fun afloat. The session starts with a short land drill on how to use/hold the paddle and ensuring that bouyancy aids are fitted correctly. Once on the water the techniques shown on land are enhanced through fun and games. The types of games played are dependant on the age and ability of the group.

 Raft Building (8 years + and be able to swim 10 metres)

RaftingOne of our most popular activities, appealing to all ages! The group is split  into two teams who construct their rafts under the watchful eye of the instructor - giving hints and tips for a strong and sturdy raft. Once kitted up in bouyancy aids the teams' race their rafts on the lake - gatting wet is guaranteed! Whilst rafts are on the water the instructor is close by at all times in a safety boat.

 Climbing and Abseiling (8 years +)

ClimbingBoth activities provide fun/challenges. Once the instructor has demonstrated how to wear the safety equipment and explained the basis of climbing and how to belay, the climbers are off. A great sense of achievement is gained even if only a few feet off the ground. Once the art of climbing is achieved the fun of abseiling is next. Under the full supervision of our instructor, individuals are shown how to control their decent from the tower.

Archery and Orienteering (8 years +)

ArcheryThis option allows the group to try two different activities. During the archery session the instructor will show everyone how to hold the bow and fire arrows safely and effectively through a variety of games. Working in pairs the group then navigate around the orienteering course using maps in search of markers. The group will be able to explore the whole site.

 High Ropes and Cows Tail (10 years +)Cows Tail

Cows TailOnce everyone has been kitted up and understands all the safety rules, the group can explore the elements. The cows tail course is suited to those seeking a higher level of adventure and have more confidence when playing at height. It is made of seperate challenges which the group explore at their own pace. Jacobs ladder and gladiator challenge are fun team activities that are also available.

 High Ropes and Zip Wire (10 years +)

Zip WireTraverseOnce everyone has been kitted up and understands all the safety rules instructors will teach the technique of belaying. A variety of activities starting at a low level, working to greater heights are used to increase confidence. Including 'Traverse' - balance on a pole, climb to a wobbly wire and finish with the high level hanging vines at the top of the course. 'Trapeze' - climb a 10 metre pole onto a platform then jump off t reach a trapeze! The session includes the 100 metre zip wire. 

 Caving and Low Ropes (8 years +)

CavingLow RopesBoth activites provide fun / challenges. Our new caving system offers you the chance to embark on an exciting underground exploration in a completely safe environment. Navigate the system and gain confidence to adapt to unfamiliar conditions. Communication and co-oporation on low ropes helps you to build confidence and develop balance as you navigate your way through a series of challenges just off the ground.

 3G Swing and Orienteering (8 years +)

3G SwingThis option allows the group to try two different activities. Once kitted up and all the safety rules are explained, let your friends haul you up on a giant 2 seater 3G swing, see how high you dare go before you release the rip cord and experience a hugh adrenaline rush as you swing through the air. Working in pairs the group then navigate around the orienteering course using maps in search of markers. The group will be able to explore the whole site.

Fencing (10 years +)

FencingOnce kitted up correctly and everyone understands all the safety rules of this Olympic sport, the instructor will go through the basic principles before you compete against your opponent. You develop co-ordination, balance and flexibilty through fun games, which is an ideal means of keeping fit for all ages and abilities.
