Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) – Yoga Sessions
These sessions are run by a qualified instructor and are open to individuals aged 14 and above who want to try something different. SUP Yoga is a great new way of working out, comprising of stand up paddleboarding along with yoga postures, the board playing the part of the yoga mat. No experience necessary.
HOAC are introducing ‘Dory’s Adventures’ an inclusive, exciting and interactive course for people who have additional needs and disabilities along with their parent or carer. All of our sessions can be adapted to suit most disabilities and the programme can be changed to suit the needs of the group each week. Activities can include Drascombe sailing, kata kanuing, pedal karting/boma karts and/or archery, pond dipping/ environment activities.
Adult Mid-Week Multi-Activity Sessions
Our mid-week sessions are ideal for adults looking to have a go at our activities in a relaxed and friendly environment without having children on the course. Activities include archery, sailing, sculling/rowing, kayaking, stand up paddleboarding, climbing and high ropes. Options to bring a friend free to this session! Sound interesting?
